The Cape Verde-born player, who is an international for Portugal, has been strongly linked with a move to Serie A sides Juventus and Roma after three years on the books of Porto.
Rolando's agent, Jose Silva, has admitted that the prospect of playing in a league like Serie A would appeal to the 25-year-old, but stressed that no club has come knocking.
"He is a player with a contract with Porto, so if someone is interested, they should contact his club," Silva told Tuttomercatoweb.
"Porto have not told us anything about any offer, what I know is what I have read in the papers. So I would say I do not know anything.
"Rolando is fine at Porto, but an experience in an important league like the Italian one would be attractive."
Rolando, who has a release clause of €30 million in his contract, moved to Porto from Belenenses in 2008.
